      Transfer Your JACE 8000 License To a JACE 9000

      Tridium just released a promotion, which is available till 2the 7th of June 2026, to upgrade from a Jace 8000 to a Jace 9000

      This promotion can be applied to any Jace 8000 license that has an active SMA. 

      Eligibility and benefits of this transfer can be found in our official flyer.

       

      In case the Jace 8000 is working or faulty, you will need to get the following part numbers:

      •  Jace 9000 HO (hardware only) 
      • LIC-CHG-UPG 
      • The old SD card (Jace 8000's SD card) needs to be returned to Tridium
         

      Our admin department will change the license from one hardware to another. The downside of this is that the Jace 8000 hardware will not be usable anymore; therefore, you will need to dispose of it properly.

       

      In case the Jace 8000 is faulty and you got an RMA number from our support department, then you can upgrade using the following part numbers:

      • Jace 9000 HO (hardware only) 
      • Subtract the Jace 8000-Replace (the price of the faulty hardware)
      • LIC-CHG-UPG 
      • The faulty hardware and old SD card (Jace8000's SD card) need to be returned to Tridium

      Our admin department will change the license from one hardware to another.
